Q: Can I still register?

A: Online registration is open until midnight on Thursday, August 9th. After that you can register in person at packet pickup on Friday afternoon/evening or Saturday morning. http://www.crfloodtherun.com/register/packet-pick/

Q: Can I change my wave time?

A: We ask participants to choose a wave time to manage the flow of traffic during the event. We hope that you can stick with the wave time you have chosen. If you are unable to arrive at the time that you chose when you registered, don’t fear, just arrive as close to your wave time as you can and we will get you in the next wave. We don’t want anyone to miss the fun.

Q: I did not receive or cannot find my email confirmation. I need to know if I am registered.

A: You can check your registration on this page on our website.  If you are certain you registered but can’t find it with that online tool, then send us a note at info@crfloodtherun.com and we’ll send you a new confirmation email. http://www.crfloodtherun.com/confirm-registration/

Q: Where do I pick up my packet?

A: You can pick up your Flood the Run packets at the following times:

  • Friday, August 10 from noon to 7 pm at Matthew 25, 207 3rd Ave SW. (Matthew 25’s co-working space)
  • Saturday, August 11 from 8 am to 10:45 am at the River Pavilion in Ellis Park

Q: We registered for the race and now are unable to attend. Can we get a refund?

A: Flood the Run is a fundraiser for two local community organizations — Matthew 25 and The Salvation Army. All proceeds from the event benefit these organizations and the work they do to assist and empower people in our community. Each year we invest a lot of time and money into the activities, obstacles, equipment, safety and security services, t-shirts and other items and services necessary to make the event fun and safe for everyone. We are sorry that we are unable to offer refunds. We hope you understand.
